Each photography project is bespoke. There are a number of considerations such as number of images, location, interiors, exteriors, headshots, product, sport, event, architecture, etc…. What is the objective? Is it for PR, website, social media, print? Our experience tells us that the better the brief, the better the outcome. We are always available to support you in building the brief.
Payment and Deposit
All our payment terms and conditions would be outlined in our contract. We do insist on a 20% non-refundable booking fee to ensure that both our time and our client’s time is reflected in our prices in order to keep costs as low as possible. Our pricing structure may include payments at each stage of the process, for example, booking, shooting, editing and delivery fees.
Are there more packages?
We have videography packages, view them here. We can mix packages, both video and photo to create a unique package to suit your needs. We often find that clients who choose to include photography packages are so pleased that they did, the images can be used for multiple purposes and create a really engaging experience for their clients.
Cancellation Process
As previously mentioned, our booking fee is non-refundable, however you can cancel at anytime prior to the shoot. We recognise that situations and personnel change within businesses and we do our best to accommodate our clients.
